Website & Directory Terms

Rules for the RigLodge LLC inquiry website and Independent Community Hosts directory. These are not a contract for managed hosting or equipment storage.

Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.1

Express interest, publish a genuine space, or start a conversation. A submission creates no confirmed placement, payment obligation, insurance, or guarantee about an independent host.

1. What the websites offer

RigLodge is collecting inquiries about future managed hosting. Possible locations, plans, features, prices, and coverage are information for discussion, not confirmation of an operating room or available capacity. Reserve a spot submits an inquiry rather than guaranteeing a reservation. Do not bring equipment without a separately agreed arrangement.

The directory supports listings, saved spaces, inquiries, and reviews. We do not process hosting payments, provide escrow, or contract for independent hosts. Future RigLodge hosting requires a separate agreement covering availability, price, power, access, support, custody, any insurance, and cancellation before placement.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Submit hosting/event inquiries and create accounts only if you are at least 18 and authorized to provide the information and make the request. This age rule does not restrict privacy or contact requests. If acting for a business, you need its authority. Keep information accurate and credentials private; report suspected unauthorized use.

Directory accounts are separate from future hosting accounts. Email verification establishes access to an email address, not a background check, identity certification, or property inspection. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

3. Hosts and directory presentation

Independent hosts supply descriptions, features, availability, and prices. We do not certify their electrical capacity, HVAC, ownership, permitted use, security, connectivity, insurance, or performance. Icons and listings do not establish inspection. Arrangements are between you and the host; discuss suitability and written terms before transferring equipment or money.

RigLodge offers are identified separately and may appear first in recommended results. This reflects our commercial interest, not an independent quality ranking. Independent listings have no RigLodge equipment insurance or managed-service guarantees. Future coverage at a RigLodge location depends on separately provided policy terms and actual coverage in force.

Map circles show approximate areas for privacy, not property boundaries or verified street locations. Do not try to identify or publish a host's private address. Obtain visit details directly when you agree to meet.

4. Listings, photos, and reviews

Publish only genuine offers you are authorized to make. Keep price, power, electricity terms, availability, and features accurate; pause or remove unavailable offers. Do not impersonate anyone, fabricate availability or reviews, or present a demo as a real host. Illustrative or synthetic examples must be identified and kept distinct from real offers.

You retain your content ownership and give RigLodge non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize, and display it as needed for the features you use. This does not permit private inquiries to be used in advertising. This permission ends when the content is removed, except for limited retention described in the Privacy Policy; it does not authorize new promotional uses after removal. Have the necessary rights and permissions for text/photos; remove details you do not want public.

Reviews must honestly describe your own relevant experience. A review may follow an inquiry and does not prove a completed stay. Disclose material relationships with a host. Do not buy reviews, impersonate reviewers, threaten reviewers, or reveal others' private information. Honest criticism is permitted; positive reviews are not required.

5. Responsible use

6. Reports and account closure

Report misleading listings, contact misuse, rights concerns, and security issues using Report on a listing or our contact form. Identify the content and explain the issue without unnecessary private information. We may investigate, request corrections, remove content, or restrict accounts for violations, security, or legal reasons. Reports do not guarantee a particular result or emergency response.

You may pause/delete listings, delete your own review, or close your account using its controls. Contact us if a control is unavailable or a restriction seems mistaken; we will review the information provided. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion limits.

7. Availability and legal rights

The websites may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance. Verify material listing details before relying on them. We do not guarantee inquiries or completed agreements. These statements do not exclude obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

California law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by law; mandatory protections where you live remain available. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or waiver of statutory privacy rights. They do not excuse fraud, willful misconduct, or responsibility that law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Changes and contact

The Privacy and Communications Policies explain information handling and message choices. Marketing is optional; privacy requests do not require new terms. We give notice of material changes on the affected website or through accounts and seek renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of earlier private information.

Contact RigLodge LLC using the request form and choose Other for policy or directory questions. These terms do not replace written terms for future hosting or independent arrangements.
